013 Popcentre

The 013 Tilburg popcentre is the result of a fusion between the Noorderligt, the MuzieKantenWinkel and the Bat Cave. This merge resulted in an internationally renowned concert hall that in the past ten years has enjoyed 2.3 million visitors. For the celebration of 013's ten year anniversary Studio Kluif designed a jubilee logo and an unique jubilee newspaper (printing of 120.000) as well as a kiosk advertising campaign.

The well known bear logo of the 013 was the inspiration for the jubilee balloon logo.


013 Jubilee Newspaper, 2008

Whether you are a Metal fan or into Hip-hop, or you love Dance music or are more urban style in 013 there is something for you. What all the visitors have in common is their love for music. Kluif took photos of 6 music lovers corresponding to 6 different music styles. These photos were used for the covers for the newspaper, each music lover in focus producing 6 cover versions. Inside the newspaper these fans explain what music means to them and which role 013 plays in their love of music.


013 Kiosk advertising campaign, 2008

The six music lovers star again in the kiosk advertising campaign which was active all over the city of Tilburg so that the Jubilee would not go by unnoticed. Each poster was designed to appeal to a different target group with specific event announcements. The strength of the campaign is its appeal to all of the different types of music fans that the 013 caters to.
